Organisational Training

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is a different experiential approach that offers a uniquely powerful tool for organisations wanting to develop the skills of their work force.  Activities such as getting a horse over a jump show clearly how encouragement, assertiveness, team work and communication can work in reality.  Your team will see the direct effect of non-verbal body language and then learn how they can use this in every day life.
A Organisational training session using EAP will provide you with the opportunity to learn how you  communicate with each other, identify roles and individual skills within the team and assist you in learning new skills. It will also help improve relationships between individuals in your team and it is very much about having fun.

All programs are tailored to meet specific needs and EAP has proven value in developing a range of skills and in identifying and addressing issues in a direct and yet non-confrontational way.

This can offer tangible benefits to organisations such as:-  >>
